e-Prima

The Yogyakarta Special Region Civil Service Agency (BKD DIY) developed the E-Prima application (Electronic Presence Mobile ASN PEMDA DIY) which aims to make it easier for DIY Regional Government ASNs in conducting online presence.

This privacy policy informs e-Prima users within the DIY regional government how BKD DIY processes and maintains presence data held by ASN within the DIY regional government.

A. When a user uses e-Prima, the application will authenticate the user using an account along with the IMEI and sent to the presence server managed by BKD.

B. The application will also track the user's location in real time to ensure the location of the ASN when making presence or viewing the latest location data.

C. This application is intended for ASN within the DIY local government.

D. User can turn off the location tracker when not using the e-Prima application for presence.

The owner and developer of this application, BKD DIY, can use the data for further research and development, including problem solving, data analysis and service improvement.

We will use the user's personal data only for the purposes specified by this application. We will not use user information for any other purpose, which is not related to the main purpose of this application. We will not share users' personal information with other third parties, except for emergency or disaster situations. We store data for as long as necessary to provide products and services to users.
